I’ve worked with Ed on 3 separate occasions and I can say that Ed deserves nothing less than 5 stars. He was easy to communicate with and was always quick to respond whenever I had a question to ask. All of his cocktails were so well balanced in flavor and each guest I spoke with regarding the drinks had something positive to say about Ed and his cocktails. His ability to function as a mobile bar was quite impressive. He supplied not only all the alcohol and handmade mixers he also supplied all the glass cups and other materials needed. I cannot say enough good things about him Ed’s talents stretch far beyond his years. Most importantly he’s able to think on his feet and find a unique effective solution to solve whatever issues may arise with all these abilities I see a very bright future for him. With that being said I will continue to call on him first whenever I’m in need of a bartender. If you’re looking for a top notch professional look no further
